Excellent work, Company took good care of crews, excellent safety program. On top of vehicle maintenance. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

Not much to share, WesTowers Chain of command was unbeatable, they did not stick to close to there drug policies. Unless there was an accident.

I started working for WesTower at the first of the year and have been very encouraged by the changes that are being made by the new management team. The company has always been customer focused and now there has been a transitional shift dedicated to making things better for WesTower employees. There is a new air of positivity and the company is full of smart, hard working and team minded people. It's truly one of the best atmospheres I've ever worked in.

Cons

For my position there are a lot of long hours but it's completely my choice. There are many voids left to fill from previous neglect for my position but my work is enjoyable and I get a lot of support and feedback from other colleagues at WesTower.
