Once a great place, now very political, no dissenting ideas allowed

Very loyal members, good focus on technology, looked at as a leading credit union in the industry

Cons

If you're not with the "in" crowd, nobody listens to you. CEO runs the place to satisfy his ego, not to do what's right for the members or the organization. They lost over $50 million dollars a few years ago due to bad, willfully uninformed decisions based on desire for "being cool" or "being big" vs. "being responsible."

The starting pay is the only thing that is decent. I would not say there are any other Pro's for this company.

Cons

Collections dept is the best at Micro managing, extreme negative environment, very poor management, favoritism. No room for advancement at all.

Insurance offered was great, hours were flexible.

Cons

Management needed direction. Worse call center to work for since everyone is micro managed. If you’re not a supervisor, management or higher you are disregarded or talked about by your own supervisor. Everyone u worked with experienced it.
