Unorganized management, no advancement opportunities, and even with a management position you would never make more than 12-13$ hourly. It takes a long time to get a raise, there are not yearly raises or reviews so the raises are hard to get. They do not allow for set scheduling, so if you have kids or go to school it is impossible to coordinate. The owner will go into rants, and he loves to make an example of people. He will fire someone to prove a point.

When you get there first thing in the morning you hear Wesley Berry the owner screaming at the managers. You have to wait to go to the bathroom and then they forget about it. You have to hold it for an hour. You make $9 an hour plus $1.50 bonus. But they take away your $1.50 bonus for any little mistake. You work 5-6 12 hour shifts with one 30 minute break. Most of the managers are losers that didn't go to college so there rude / angry at the world since they have to work there for the rest of their life's. I worked there for 3 months and about 15 people quit in that time period.
