Pros

Monday through Friday job, off early on Fridays and weekly paycheck. They take thousands upon thousands from people that could do it themselves…the getting you out of your timeshare consists of basically them “suggesting” you not pay your timeshare and you eventually go into default and they consider that closed..sure but then your credit is ruined and whatever the amount is that the company writes off for defaulting your account you have to pay taxes on it the next year.

Cons

I watched this company lay off several departments without any warning..hundreds of people started their work day and were told at the end of the day that they were no longer needed..but WFG had enough money to sponsor a race car and concert at the music city Grand Prix. The CEO/owner is an arrogant person who told everyone on a zoom meeting “get the vaccine or you will not be employed by me” those that spoke out against the vaccine during the meeting (about 30 people) were fired immediately after the meeting..the CEO even told one employee to “go to hell and shut up”. This place is a scam of a company. If you suck up and drink the kool-Aid then you’ll fit right in.

Fake Positive Reviews - BEWARE

Pros

There are no longer any positives. Any positive recent reviews are made by the company to try and push down the real comments. Stay away. Former leaders who actually had good business sense were all terminated without cause.

Cons

Vaccine mandates (without allowing religious or medical exemptions - unless you're someone the owner wants to keep around), narcissistic leadership, mass firings (on group Zoom calls), sudden elimination of entire departments, constantly changing directions and being forced to listen to the vulgar, liberal lunatic ramblings of the owner (often publicly calling those who disagree with him idiots), are just a few of the exciting things that await any prospective employee...

Pros

Decent pay every friday and insurance

Cons

This company fired me in a group setting with 4 other people. They spent an entire day (that I'm aware of) firing people with no warning due to a "reduction" but have hired several hundreds of new people. Managers were fired, leads, single parents, seniors of the company etc. We were called into a meeting at 2PM during our work day, held in a zoom waiting room for 20 minutes and then fired in groups. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They try to state they're doing "all the good" but they are just as crooked as the timeshare companies. They do not respect a work life balance as they work you non stop and try to push production on you until you have a breakdown. OH AND THEY WON'T ADDRESS THE BREAKDOWN WHEN IT HAPPENS EITHER. I was never given my mental health days. CHUCK MCDOWELL IS A SCAMMING CONARTIST with other minions working under him. This is a TERRIBLE company and I would never recommend them to anyone unless you want to lose thousands of dollars and go into a foreclosure WHICH YOU DON'T NEED WFG TO GET OUT OF YOUR TIMESHARE
