      They try, but they are for profit

      Pros

      The majority of the nursing staff is pleasant and helpful. There are always a few bad apples in every bunch. Administration tries to make the staff feel important and know they make a difference.

      Cons

      The yearly raises were laughable. When it comes down to it, management does everything for the doctors and the profits.

      Looking for neurohospitalist with out-patient opportunities

      good work experience in primary and comprehensive stroke centers. Comfortable managing acute stroke pts including tPA pts. Ample experience in neurocritical care. Can read EEGs. Fellow ship in movement disorders. Follow up the hospital pts in the clinic.

      Cons

      Can work on 7 on /off schedule. Requires H1B visa.
