Supervisor was completely unfair with how they treated some of the phlebotomist. They never left their office and made people feel very uncomfortable when they had questions or concerns. Refused to help when phlebotomist were behind and refused to take reported problems serious.

Horrible work environment. I can take the rude patients, but working with a callous team is a different story. I never believed the stereotype that nurses eat their young until I started working here. This concept is alive and well in the ER at Wesley Long Community Hospital. Coworkers and management can really make or break a job and that was very evident here. To put in perspective, my new RN residency program started with about 8 people, before the year was over there were only 2 of us left.
