No benefits, poor salary structure, increment very very bad, Salary difference is huge from management level and bottom level staff. But huge work pressure is on bottom level staff ,top management are very unfriendly. No work Only politics. Terrible work life balance, They put the bottom level staffs in trouble at site. They don't bother about your loyalty, hard work, and knowledge. Top management transfer the work pressure to the bottom level, top management average age sixty five years ,so they are very back dated.

salary structure is very weak. promotion sehdule is very tight.
