Cons
Not a "con" per se but if you need constant management supervision to make sure you are striving to do your best or you like to talk about "doing things" instead of actually getting the work done, this is not the place for you.

West Advertising is a fast-paced, high-energy, extremely organized business. Employees have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of the agency and advertising in general. The agency is always adopting and adjusting to new technologies and digital advertising mediums so it's always on the cutting-edge. West is a family-owned business and therefore is sensitive to employees' family/personal obligations, and is a terrific, down-to-earth place to work with smart, savvy and fun people to work with!
Cons
You should like wearing different hats and be amenable to following established procedures, as well as be willing to assist in developing new procedures for new technologies. It's a small business in an evolving technological age so if you are not willing to learn new things, and help others learn new things, or to pitch in outside your defined role, or change your usual way of doing things to adopt the to the agency-wide systems, this may not be the place for you. There's alot of work that goes through the business and it is processed and tracked efficiently due to everybody utilizing the same systems in the established manner. Being highly organized is a must!
