Money seems to be the driving force behind this company. Corporate office was totally understaffed. Even after consistently opening new offices, they never hired more employees to make up for all the additional work. Staff were grossly over worked. Their main goal always seemed to be profit, profit, profit, and how to get as much money from patients, even if they couldn't afford it. Very stingy in spending in certain areas that were very needed. Very high turnover. Constant hiring and firing of people. In all my years of employment at other companies, I've never experienced anything quite like this. I was afraid of voicing any sort of concerns for fear of getting let go. There was fear in this office environment. People were exhausted and stressed. It often times also felt like a boot camp.
