Pros

Great pay, Great benefits. Great hybrid schedule.

Cons

I first hand have witnessed several people who have been hired by this company, only to be let go without cause & without an explanation the day before the 90 day period. All were excellent candidates with proven records who did nothing to warrant such behavior.

Extreme Dysfunction; Stay Away

Pros

The organization's mission is important, timely and strong.

Cons

Terrible management stems from the top. The CEO has little knowledge of the issues, leads out of fear and is only in it for the show. Very little accountability for the executive team and they are running the organization into the ground. Each is too afraid to speak up for the betterment of the organization or service of the mission. They churn and burn through talent quickly and turnover is extremely high. To anyone considering working at West Health, think twice. To anyone partnering with West Health, recognize there is a multitude of internal challenges that ultimately impact, slow and diminish your work and end result.

Pros

They hire amazing talent - it's too bad they treat them like garbage Beautiful building - however, the contractor should have considered how many people would be crying in their offices when they decided on glass walls They have a great mission - but their staff is overworked and underpaid, so they don't reach their true potential Great networking opportunities - they hire and fire so many people that your friend group will expand tenfold

Cons

Oh, where to begin... Leadership - The company is run on fear and poor decisions. HR is a joke. And for a company with only 40-50 employees, it's excessive to have five executives. Culture - It USED to be great. But it's gotten to the point where birthdays are outlawed, team happy hours are held in secret, and everyone is too afraid to leave their desks and actually talk to their co-workers. Promotions - Let's just say, if you want to be part of a company that allows you to nourish and grow, look somewhere else. Promotions and raises are as elusive as the fountain of youth. Despite your workload increasing and constantly changing, they would rather run you into the ground until you quit than pay you what you deserve - and THEN hire someone to replace you at a higher rate. Again, this just proves how incompetent HR is. High Turnover Rate - More than half of the company has been there for less than 2-3 years. Employees keep dropping like flies because they are either fired without cause or quit because they can't handle the toxic work environment.
