      Schedule doesn’t change, great patients.

      Cons

      Work/life balance, bonus structure, the owner’s use mind games to pit you against your coworkers, make you feel that you “owe” them for getting paid what your contractually obligated. Notes are written on Microsoft word. The company is stuck in 2005.
