      Pros

      The company is starting to promote from within. I believe this is a great company, for entry to intermediate level injection molding skills and knowledge, with reasonable to great pay, depending on the job acquired.

      Cons

      New management, covid restraints, and high turnover rate throughout the company has negatively impacted the work "family" environment that once existed, increased workload, and lack of appreciation for the long-term employees.
