      We are a very different firm from the early days. We have a highly collaborative team that values the contribution of every employee. We have the privilege of working with inspirational founders creating companies that have a positive impact on society. Our work enables them to realize their full potential at scale.

      We have to overcome a negative past history that is not reflective of who we are as a firm now.
