Properties are falling apart. Management (some) are very under qualified to be running communities. Corporate doesn’t pay vendors so very often, turns aren’t completed because vendors don’t show up. Very cliquish. Lack of training at beginning of employment. Property managers make their own schedules so very often the leaders are alone in the office. They don’t like to pay commissions for leases. Very low employee “discount” for apartments. Extremely low. Apartments are never ready for move ins.

We lose vendors because corporate does not pay the bills. They want sites to perform at high rates with no money. The regionals are non existence never there and the kids are screaming on any call. All the work gets put on another manager by the beach to do. The regional never trained 1 of her managers but expects them to know how to do the job. No one communicates and if they do it’s 1 word, we get emails often saying they expect and demand more, more renewals more leases but rarely to we get anything nice said! There is no culture and if they like you hopefully you won’t be fired. Don’t let me start on the turn over! No one stays because we don’t have parts and the managers don’t order them. The VP Loves the RM for some crazy reason so they ignore she does nothing.
