Pros
Very little good to say. Embraced wfh post COVID restictions which has been a plus.
Cons
Only concerned with their bottom line. All other teams expect everything to happen at one even when no training or notice has been given for new responsibilities. Even when overwhelmed with roles and responsibilities the expectation from upper management is to get it done. No reward or recognition for handling the massive work load.
