They have a rule where if you go over 40hours of unpaid time you’re automatically terminated and sometimes doctors notes do not excuse you, in the eyes of HR/ upper management. High employee turnover and trust me when I say, you’ll see why. My on-site team was amazing but because of the owner group we were very micromanaged.

The owners are nice. Many employees have been there for years. However, you will primarily be working with clients who are not nice.

Cons

Extremely low pay compared to industry standards. Little to no options for remote work.
