      Pros

      The management team and upper management team were always available for support, questions, advice. They offered many management classes to help further development managers. This company is very big on promoting within.

      Salary was a little low compared to similar concepts

      Pros

      I can't think of one positive thing to share other than don't waste your time with this employer. The Fast Food industry is a tough one and if you are going to work this hard make sure you do it for an employer that rewards your efforts and dedication. This franchisee is not that place.

      Cons

      Owners and Upper management clueless to their bad reputation in the industry. Unaffordable health insurance, no 401k and most employees don't see raises for many years.
