Pros

Competitive commission structure and company incentives.

Cons

The company employs a Micromanagement approach which has created a very negative environment. The overall management style makes the team feel uncomfortable and this has lead to high turnover of staff. You are also strongly encouraged to work long - very long working hours and you will be left feeling like you haven't work long enough no matter what, soon this will becomes demotivating. The General 'slave driving' approach within a particular team within the company creates a negative environment which really rubs off.

Can't believe such companies still exist

Pros

Small company, nice company events, good office location.

Cons

Depending on the team you are on, the bullying culture is still there and very strong. There are managers who are never told off by the owners no matter how rude, aggressive, racist/sexist their comments are. It was hard to believe that such a company can still exist in our century in the middle of London. Owners are very nice people but they should make sure and work really hard to put some rules in place also for people who make the most of money since they are also the ones making the culture very toxic.

Pros

A great place to work if you are a high achiever as they offer an amazing comms scheme for everyone. Company socials every month, lunch club, breakfast club and excellent incentive trips (previously have included Dubai, Ibiza and skiing in the French Alps). New York office opened since 2017. Some of the teams like mine offer the opportunity to travel to the Middle East and the US.

Cons

Not the place for average people looking to get by.
