Cons

The salaries are low and could be higher but as a counselor you get to do everything the teens do.

Get to travel and see parts of the world while getting paid. Everyone is super nice and interested in you They treat their staff extremely well and make it a priority that you are taken care of

Cons

The kids going on the trips are problematic but manageable Pay is low but thats to be expected because of the other benefits
