      Terrible in every way

      Pros

      Great to work with families to help the bereaved, staff at the individual crematoriums are really kind and warm and are the best of the business.

      Cons

      A hopelessly inadequate Head Office and senior team, no clear direction at all and the managers at sites genuinely feel that they are not listened to as the team at Head Office squabble and argue and can’t decide on a clear plan for the business, total lack of leadership quality at a senior level. Staggering that the team on the front line have the answers to almost every problem the business has but they simply are not listened to.

      Too many to even mention. Thought I'd be able to help people and make a difference. Management are cold if not bullies then completely clueless. Expecting staff to do everything and then wonder why we're all leaving when we've been used up.
