Good run. Miss the people.

Pros

Compensation was solid. Benefits were consistently good. The cafeteria was a real perk. Sounds trivial until you've worked somewhere that doesn't have one. Culture at the team level was collaborative, not cutthroat. If you liked fixed income, you could go deep on it here; the firm didn't try to be everything to everyone, which I respected.

Cons

Senior leadership could be opaque about direction.

Pros

- Good benefits, opportunity for growth, reasonable management. The wok environment was great, especially because it fostered collaboration. They also had lots of little perks and different things you could get involved in which kept up memento.

Cons

I think sometimes I felt as though I wasn't being utilized to my full potential however, if I had more time I think I could've grown into a more multifaceted role. I think they could also be more flexible with work from home options.
