Pros

The customers are great there. They are friendly and always make you feel appreciated. The office personnel are also pretty great. They always try and help in all ways. The prices are very competitive so you almost always have a happy customer.

Cons

The distric managers are not what you would expect out of a manager. They drop the ball in often and instead of owning up to their mistakes they will blame anyone else. Other employees pay the price for their continuous mistakes. A manager should be available to support their team not set them up for failure.

Pros

Great people to work with and the customers are a great part of the job.

Cons

Lots to do little time. High turnover. Parking lot horrible get yelled at everyday and management will not do anything. From my previous experience here, management just wants to make money and not care for what the customer wants. They don't care as long as people are working their butts off. There are several health issues with the building but they don't want to fix it. I.E. gas leaks, pump leaks into the ground and water supply, that's why they are chained up on the diesel side.
