Pros
The office is beautiful and in a nice location. The other employees are friendly and helpful. You really feel like "we're all in this together". There are monthly breakfasts/happy hours.
Cons
Low pay. Management is both micromanaging and dismissive and sometimes asks for ethically questionable things. They're quick to criticize and pass the blame around, but don't call out accomplishments. It's difficult to get work done when everything gets stuck on upper management.
