Great stepping stone

Pros

Made a lot of friends, great stepping stone into non-standard insurance, great pay / benefits / overtime.

Cons

Sometimes too much overtime that is mandatory (is that even legal?). Management doesn't know what they are doing.Policies constantly changing. Too much work to ever catch up. You never get a new claim, it always goes through their made up "coverage unit" first. LOTS of DOI complaints!!!!

The only pro for working at this small co. was the check at the end of the week.

Cons

This is a small co with 99% minimal limit policies, they are unrealistic in settling claims. they watch you and micromanage you until you are afraid to do your job. The count your key strokes, they listed to your phone calls. It;s like working for someone that does not trust you.

Look elsewhere, highest turn over rate ever.

Pros

The only pro is the paycheck, although the pay is not great.

Cons

Management is awful- unfriendly and unorganized. Rules change left and right and none of them are on the same page. All communication is done via email minus the select people that are favorited between management. They don’t give their reviews on time and they don’t offer many raises. There is NO parking so expect to park on the road and cross a very busy road with speeding cars. Each month at least two people quit and move on to better places of employment.
