Nice place but you won't go far.

Pros

Challenging environment, never the same day twice. Great stepping stone if you want to get your feet wet in hydraulic manufacturing, then move on to a better run company.

Cons

You will not be promoted, especially if you can do your job really well. You will not get a raise because they can barely afford the overpaid management team that seems to be stuck in a revolving door. They will ask you to put everything you've got into the company then give no acknowledgement of your work or accomplishments, but rather critique for what you could've done better. All in all it's a company that never left the old world of handshake deals and does not respect any innovation.

Absolute mess

Pros

The co-workers and for the most part a relaxed work environment.

Cons

Management has rose colored glasses on and tries to spin everything as a positive. While quality, previously long tenured employees are leaving left and right. No upward mobility, any management or promotional position is filled by external hires. Management does not listen to the employees who are constantly asked to do more with less. CEO is checked out, claims he wants his company to be the "best place to work" but does not practice what he preaches. Underpaying employees who realistically do the work of 2-3 people.

Pros

Despite my reservations about the CEO, I have to say that the company's compensation and benefits package was exceptional. I was paid well and had access to a range of perks and benefits that made me feel valued as an employee.

Cons

It was not only cruel, but also deeply frustrating to recall my experience of working under the CEO of this company, who was not just undeliverable, but also incredibly insolent in his dealings. His complete lack of regard for his subordinates and their contributions to the company's success served only to undermine our morale and confidence in the company's leadership. What made matter worse was the fact that the CEO was also dishonest in his dealings with us. He would promise us one thing and then fail to deliver on those promises, leaving us feeling disenchanted and disillusioned with the company's management. It was clear that the CEO was more interested in furthering his own interests than in building a strong and successful company that would benefit everyone involved.
