Pay is competitive for the area, employees are good to work with, off work at a time where you can still enjoy the rest of the day,
Cons
Very poor training at the management level, they do not follow written job offer or training guides, performance reviews are promised but almost non existent, safety is a huge concern at the manufacturing level including one major accident shortly after I was hired.
