      Pros

      The people are great to work with and historically the company culture establishes a "family" feel. Very knowledgeable senior staff and company leaders who came up through the ranks. Training for new graduates is excellent.

      Cons

      The company culture is changing now that they are part of the Kiewit Companies.

      Old school stubborns superintendents that are not willing to focus in their job but to hangout in the offices while the real workers are out in the snow.
