Pros

No pros I can think at this point in time

Cons

Got laid off from the company after appearing going through the interview processes and everything through campus placements . Waited for 7 months to get the job until than the graduation would have done . And on the verge of graduation they revoked the offer for all of the students . Because of one student one company policy we were not allowed to sit in other companies as well and we are at the verge of graduation with no job offers in our hands feeling sad and depressed . They have clearly played with the future of the students .

Avoid this toxic workplace at all costs

Pros

Once a good place to work, now a place to avoid at all costs.

Cons

Toxic, clueless senior management. Senior leadership is hired based on previous connections, not for their expertise. Huge mistake. Lay offs. Constant layoffs, high attrition. No replacements.

Pros

Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

Cons

Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
