Pros
In the heart of London, ease of transport, friendly people, paid lunch, paid transport, no complaints as you can get on to do your job with no restriction and no one looking over what you are doing.
Cons
The pay is considerably low and you do not get any feedback on the work that you have done so far as this is a new company that has just opened its door this September 2011. Their expectation of you might be high or low but at the end of the day you need to work as much as you can to provide a good service.
