      Pros

      This management company truly cares about their employees and the residents that live at their properties! They have an amazing training program, offer great benefits , and they truly understand the work-life balance for their employees. I would definitely recommend working for this company.

      I honestly have nothing negative to say about the company, they have been awesome . I look forward to growing with the company.

      Pros

      Pay was extremely well. With bonus structure included. Upper upper management is approachable and easy to speak with on situations.

      Cons

      My RM was terrible. Overall her admin skills were impressive however she should absolutely NOT be in a leader position. Cussing employees, gossiping throughout her regions and just overall terrible leadership skills. But hey she knows the industry right… so she must be good enough for corporate level.
