You get to be a teacher.

Pros

Great co-worker relationships, competitive starting pay, flexible schedule as iterant staff, good trainings/in-services, love working with the preschool age, big impact for kids and families.

Cons

Unreliable administration and hard to feel supported, enormous workload, no control or input on area you service, people making the decisions aren't the people doing the work, did I say ENORMOUS workload??
