      If you like to get told off in your first few days for no reason, not trusted or respected this is the company for you! Give's micromanaging a whole new meaning. Huge lack of morale, unhappy staff, spied on. Really unfortunate, as some of the people were very nice, just walking on eggshells.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at this company. The culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative and I feel like my colleagues are more like family than just coworkers. The management team is always open to new ideas and encourages personal and professional growth. The work-life balance is also amazing and the company really values their employees' well-being. I look forward to many more years of growth and success with this company.

      Cons

      The company follows AB employment standards regarding statutory holidays, It would be nice to have all stat holidays off or days of in lieu of a stat when they fall on a Saturday or Sunday

      Pros

      Good team work at technician level, with a good rate of pay. Can even be very supportive & helpful when it suits. Great potential but falls short.

      Cons

      Very bad choice of managers on technical side who usually can be 'yes men'. Top management give micro management a whole new meaning, with very little trust in people & behaviour bordering on the tyrannical. Unwise to confide in anyone as it can be twisted & used against an individual.
