As the Founder of the wet paint group, I would like to respond to this inaccurate negative portrayal of our agency. Our number one value is integrity and we live it out loud every day. We treat our clients and team members as if they are guests in our home--with respect, gratitude and grace. We are the first to admit when we make a mistake and own up to it and do whatever necessary to make it right. We hold ourselves and our team to a very high standard of accountability and performance. This is how we have earned our reputation as a leader in our industry. When a team member does not contribute as promised, we make adjustments and take necessary steps to move us forward. Unfortunately, when you make the difficult decision to terminate an employee based on performance, they sometimes become vindictive and post misinformation like above in an attempt to harm others.
