Pros
Exceptional people, lots of fun. worked hard to help job seekers really understand what it's like to work for a company. Also had great applicant tracking system that was ultimately sold to Taleo, now Oracle.
Cons
Tough market in early 2000s, but the company hung in and still maintained excellent quality product and relationships with customers and clients. Was acquired by Universum Inc., headquarters moved to Philadelphia and run from there. Parent company in Sweden.
