Pros

great clients; good press; seemingly diverse staff; seemingly diverse-focused initiatives; full remote work

Cons

company culture rips off diversity; does not do a good job supporting staff; start up vibes growing pains; egg-shell politics; inexperienced manager leadership; some teams lack true team-work; company is only focused on influencer marketing not digital marketing; company is lacking in innovating unique ways to reward employees; culture of reward and recognition could be so much better to retain staff; staff does not have a genuine way to give feedback to upper management which creates unhealthy work dynamics and workplace stress and dissatisfaction; employees leave the company and boomerang back for higher paid positions - there needs to be a better growth path within

Pros

Great colleagues who are caring creative and hard workers, remote work environment, decent benefits.

Cons

The culture of this place has turned for the worse. I get the need for a changes needing to happen to grow a business, but the way it is happening is unsustainable because of the new leader's lack of trust, severe unprofessionalism... and her constant intimidation. People are operating out of fear because of the new head of the global brand partnerships organization's hostile and fear mongering tactics and it is trickling down to everyone... even the most junior... as a result. It starts at the top. Everyone is absolutely afraid to share their work or their point of view anymore because of her tyrannic way of managing which is stifling innovation and creativity. I am working harder than I ever have... even way past my working hours or weekends when it is not necessary or urgent.. and my mental health has taken such a toll. You are only under her good graces if you are one of her favorites who cannot do wrong even if you are wrong. I feel sad and worried for the future of this company, and all the great people who have contributed to its future.

Pros

- Should be a Pro finishing at 1pm on Fridays, but this never happens as the overload of work is huge - Opportunity to work from home whenever we want - It won the spot of one of the best companies to work in 2023. I wonder what employees replied to the survey as we were never asked what we think about working there.

Cons

- You can speak to HR about issues, they won't do anything. HR is for the company, not for the people - No clear career progression. Lacks structure on review cycles. - This year almost every week we have someone resigning. - The new hires already see the issues in the company and complain between them. - You work hours in a row, often not having time even to eat, if you want to at least finish work at 8pm. - Unrealistic targets. No bonus in the past year and only a reduced percentage amount of bonus paid in 2022. - They don't beat their own business targets and the blame is always on the people. - The pay is the minimum and they will do all they can not to offer you a raise, even after years in the company - Management keeps silent even after all your struggles and issues being raised. They won't fight for your rights as an employee because they prefer to get the promotion themselves. - You see the same people getting promoted all the time, while others work an incredible huge schedule, handle more than 6 projects at the same time and are still told they don't deserve a promotion "I wish I could help you. Not just yet, but keep doing your best, it will happen". - Most people that are promoted have English as their native language. - They have changed the structure of the company at least 3 times in 1.5 years. Changed roles without asking, changed teams without asking, made people redundant and still blame it on "being a startup". But they have the money for implementing new expensive ideas, that often end up like a failure. - They have the most amazing ideas to implement into the business, which costs millions and millions of dollars and keep bragging about this, but refuse to give a promotion so they don't need to pay 5k on top of a few salaries in a year. - Only the same people are put on projects which have the potential to expand into travelling to a different country to present or get to know a client. You see the same people travelling abroad in the company and having the most amazing experiences. - You see the same people always attending to events and receiving awards. - It is a sad environment, everyone pretends to be happy during team meetings, but we can't wait for the time to leave for good. - I read their reply here to a commenter saying that the company has evolved since their comment... It did not, it only got worse and if they sent an anonymous questionnaire to understand what the people really think, they would know.
