Pros

First and foremost there is no bureaucracy, endless processes, and long chain of approvals when you want to accomplish something. It is encouraging to work with highly skilled professionals, as there can be mentoring. Dealing with a lot of different technologies. Nice office located in the city centre. Fun team building events. Possibility for teleworking. Startup mentality.

Cons

It's a startup, so there are not many benefits compared to my previous employers.

Pros

Transforming from a startup to a more structured company but I think they are doing a good job. The culture is pleasant and relatively relaxed with some people crunching hard and some people working strictly 9-5 and leaving afterwards. I feel strong tendency to help and support newcomers when they are struggling with new work topics and processes. The company has recently started to offer stock options as a motivating feature.

Cons

- Salary. - The workload tends to be more than people can handle. Work from current week overflows to the next one causing stress, resulting in not meeting targets, resulting in not getting bonuses.
