      Found my home and calling in Whatfix

      Pros

      1. Incredible culture - fair to say that the openness, transparency and lack of hierarchy took some getting used to 2. Focus on the Customer - complete autonomy to do right to the customer. Very liberating esp for revenue and sales professionals. 3. Smart people to work with that behave accountably until the job is done. Again very very different from other companies that I have worked for. 4. Culturally a strong bias towards action.

      Some days it feels like my to-do list is never ending, but I sleep better these days.
