Good. Challenging projects and very good adoption of AI tools.
Cons
Still using old frameworks. Not up to date with the market trends.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for growing with Whatfix over the past five years.
We’re glad to hear you’ve found the projects challenging and appreciated our AI-first direction. R&D continues to play a critical role in shaping our AI roadmap and it's encouraging to see that effort reflected in your experience.
On the tech stack front, while we actively explore and adopt newer frameworks and tools, there are instances where legacy components remain in use due to system-level dependencies or business continuity needs. That said, we’re conscious of this and are gradually evolving those areas wherever feasible.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
Everything is process-oriented
Work is really good and there is a lot to learn
Amazing coworkers and very friendly environment
A lot of ownership and your voice is heard
Very good work culture and good work-life balance
Cons
Have not found any cons till now. The only suggestion would be to increase the number of leaves provided within India. At the moment it is competitive compared to the Indian IT scenario but it would be nice to be better than everyone and set an example :)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We guarantee that the process, ambience and culture will stay as is, if not better. On the number of leaves for employees, we will look at how best to set an example as you rightly mentioned. We appreciate you making time to share your feedback.
