      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Some kids are fun to teach. Theater program is wonderful.

      Cons

      There is very little opportunity for growth that does not involve immeasurably more responsibility and hours. Healthcare plan sucks. Cushy job if you know someone who’s someone at the school.

      They will bleed you dry of energy and hope and then replace you with someone new once they’re done with you.
