Highly intelligent and driven leadership team with a genuine passion for the company’s product and long-term vision. There’s also a strong, intentional focus on supporting employee success and professional development.

Cons

No major downsides identified so far. As with many startup environments, the pace can be demanding, and employees are expected to take an active role in managing their work-life balance and schedules.

Pros

A few passionate and talented co-workers.

Cons

Leadership structure lacks clarity, consistency, and follow-through. There is frequent micromanagement without clear direction, limited recognition for results, and zero engagement in career development. Communication around role expectations, process changes, and company updates is often unclear or after the fact and it's all very reactive. Documentation is scattered, making it hard to find accurate information.

Nothing positive to speak about here except the mission.

Cons

The company: A sinking ship. Can't meet it's sales targets, is loaded with debt, and leadership is nowhere to be found. My team: I've never worked with a set of more useless coworkers in Product and Design in my entire career.
