      The CEO is a Psycho. He does not know how to keep his personal business at home. He has a lot of mental problems and behind his back everyone cringes when he is around...

      Flexibility. That's about it.

      Cons

      At least 4 people (out of 10 total employees) have left the company in the last 2 years as a direct result of the CEO and his drama. No raises for years. Clients leaving and/or dying. Resistant to any change or ways to improve

      Small office. Nothing more to say.

      Cons

      Small office. CEO doesn't know how to delegate, and makes bad business decisons that will hurt the future growth of the company. Morale is terrible because of him. Employees that do the real work are treated poorly, discrimination towards some.
