The employees in my department are amazing, everyone really pulls together to help each other out. The pay is decent for someone with just a high school degree.

Cons

There are so many "managers" for one department, yet we never see any if them. They have more meetings than any other management team in the hospital, yet many of us doubt they have anything to do with our department. The schedule is never done properly.
