Pros

I would work with a team that would put in their effort. Mostly everyone got along with each other.

Cons

Unprofessional upper management, Having to worry if the manager would harass, intimidate, and retaliate against the staff. Even after numerous talks with HR about the problems, the manager would act like they were above and anyone could be replaced at the snap of their fingers.

Could usually work remote. Had some high quality team members that pulled through for others.

Cons

Senior management was a mess. The team often thought they were being secretive but it was obvious what was going on. Did not seek or listen to suggestions from the team on the ground.
