I got a lot of industry experience and my mentors were fantastic. They went out of their way to make for sure I was well educated on what I was expected to finish on a day to day basis.

Cons

The culture was older than my age group and so at times I felt out of place. Other than that, the people were great.

Best work environment for personal and professional growth. Great workplaces are built through the day-to-day relationships that employees experience — not a checklist of programs and benefits.All I felt is, It's my second home and team is my second family .

I didn't wanted to fill this section, not because I am afraid to share my view, but there are no cons of Working at WhirlWind.
