Pros

The only pro was the Director of Sales, he was pushed out as well.

Cons

Management requested that all current employees login to Glassdoor to complete fake reviews. Notice how reviews come in all around the same time? The owners tell the employees they must post a positive review, they even gave certain talking points the reviews must hit on.

They do a minimal 401k match Great manager that they got rid of Minimal sick and vacation time.

Cons

Very much a family run business (In a bad way) Management worried about saving pennies but not about spending more on frivolous expenses. No way to grow in the company

Whirlyball was a fantastic company to work for before this new general manager came in. They have complete turned over the location and cannot hold a team longer than a few weeks.

Cons

Manager does not care for you, only about her numbers. Upper management does not care about complaints and brushes them under the rug. Manager will actively provide their friends with majority of tips even when they did not participate in the party. They would also take some for themselves.
