      I have been working here for the past 1.5years and I feel this has a Unique work culture in terms of Empowering its employees from a fresher level to the senior level. Its emphasises on making work atmosphere enjoyable with its flexible timings and a designer built Workspace.

      Cons

      Its a Young organisation tapping an unorganised market ..a bit of a challenging Work environment.

      Pros

      Since it is a startup, this is always an amazing place to learn. I like the cross-functional work. And also flexibility. I'm an experienced operations guy, they allow me to make decisions. And I also lead a team of 5 at clients location. Often, they take us for recreation, especially on weekends (for games/ sports, lunches and dinners). All the Teams are growing rapid. Especially Operations team.

      Cons

      WhistleDrive is trying to put its standards high. We cannot expect anything above what they are offering us.
