Management; there should have been a huge change in Managment when IEA took over. They had to have seen the broken pieces and wondered how those people were still there...but nothing ever happened. Discipline is not heard of often and needs to be implemented where necessary. Salary in certain departments is ridiculously low compared to other companies of the same magnitude. They claim it's because they're based in Clinton but it's not fair to put that much emphasis on location for salary with a company of that size. Across the board, the salaries should have been reevaluated a long time ago. The employees need to embrace change because this company has been and will be ever changing. One last thing, the company (as a whole) needs to be more open minded. I realize the majority are from a small town and the company grew up there but it's time to embrace the change in people and not judge them on their personal beliefs or orientations.
