As previous reviews stated, this company and the owner is very un-organized, taking advantage of interns, new unsettled employees and clients who are uneducated or trying to break into the industry. He calls himself a boutique but hes just a snake of a manager looking to prey. Spys on employees private lives to find leverage to use in the relationship. Jim Jordan is also having financial issues according to previous employees.

Hes nothing special, NO loss from his threats.

Cons

He won't pay, they threaten your never good enough, yet the guy wants to micromanage everything. Hes looking for a star to do the work because he cant even lead... Jim do something else with your life, being a snake will lead to a lonely burial
