      Company-sponsored events and classes offered on site

      Cons

      The executive I worked for offered no guidance or help. The other EA I worked with also offered no guidance or help. I felt stuck and when I did ask for assistance during my first month on the job, I was met with a look as if I was the idiot and was wasting their time.

      Really fun atmosphere and awesome equipment to get to use with lots of on the clock learning.

      No help from management and little to no communication with what is actually going on.
