Understaffed terribly, work overload, Management could care less, point scale is rediculous and useless. People can walk out and not be held accountable, Nurses and CNA's take the heat and load for understaffing. Residents cannot be cared for properly and things get missed. Skilled unit nurses have over 20 residents and a med pass nightmare and at times have no wound treatment nurse, along with assessments. Understaffed means showers not given, no repositioning, etc. Corporate and management are too busy trying to beautify the place. I've seen our Administrator maybe 3 times in 11 months. Polypharmacy obviously for profit,ect. A technology system that is all over the place followed by way too much paperwork. Pick one! They now want to attempt to make 12 hour shifts for nurses. This isn't to help anyone but white oak. Not the employees.

The place isn't clean at all. You have to hold your breath in certain places and hope you don't pass out.
